Custom fees:
South Africa - All customs fees paid by Tech Warehouse, the price you see is the final price you pay
International - Custom charges vary from country to country. You will be liable to pay Taxes/Duties. The Taxes/Duties will be due prior to delivery. When the parcel arrives in your local country customs authorities will charge according to your local country's law which varies from country to country. During this period there will be delays caused until it is been cleared by the buyer.
Usually, we declare the package at a lower price to help buyers to avoid or have fewer customs fees, but in some countries, customs policies are very strict, buyers are obliged to pay customs fees on imported products.
Returns:
Return / Refund / Exchange
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
Sealed in the box (unopened). If device is in completely unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way) it must first be inspected to decide on the refund process.
It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
A refund or exchange (minus your original shipping charges) can only be given after we have received the item back and inspected it. This may take up to 7-21 working days
A re-stocking fee of up to 50% will be liable at your account.
If the product being returned is not in a re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals, or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please contact us on info@techwarehouse.co.za should you wish to return any items. When items are authorized for return please include a copy of your invoice and package it securely so that it does not suffer any damage during transit.
We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for delivery service and that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to cover insurance for the goods that you are shipping to Tech Warehouse as we cannot guarantee that we will receive them
Returns/refund/exchange will not be issued for non-defective items. Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange
We do not offer returns or exchanges on special imported devices. Special imported devices are on order only, imported per client order. Please view our FAQ for information on what a special import / back order is.

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel a order before the order has been processed, depending on payment method card or eft, you will be liable to a 5 - 10% cancellation and restocking fee
Back order items will need to be cancelled within 24hours due to shipping from our supplier commences within 24-48hours
Defective products
Any goods supplied by Tech Warehouse are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty; It is your responsibility to complete your warranty cards immediately on opening or on installation and to send them to the manufacturer directly to facilitate a seamless warranty process, whenever required.
Tech Warehouse can only assist you, as far as reasonably possible, to try and enforce a warranty against the manufacturer of goods on your behalf.
You will be required to invoke the warranty directly with the manufacturer
The following are not regarded as defects and will generally not entitle you to a warranty or refund claim:
Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Wrongly Delivered Items - Please contact us immediately if we’ve made a mistake and delivered the wrong item to you. We will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible and collect the incorrect item from you. Goods must be in an unopened condition.
Damaged Items - If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain all the packaging and if possible take photographs of the items and packaging. When Goods are delivered, it is your responsibility to check whether any damage may have taken place during transportation. For insurance purposes, any discrepancies and/or visible defects must be noted on the delivery note/waybill.
